Yoga Instructor & Blogger
Returning back to Gainesville after 10 years, Lori was busy finishing her Bachelors of Science in Electronic Media at the University of North Florida, married, and had 3 beautiful children! In October of 2011, Lori completed her Yoga Teacher training through the highly accredited school Yoga Den under the teachings of Allison Foreacre herself. Lori later became a teacher at the studio while also sharing the practice around her community. The YMCA for 5 years and other private gyms teaching up until the day she moved here!
Being an identical twin is what fueled Lori's love for yoga. We all have those feeling of being judged and compared and it is always taunting. Yoga showed Lori that we are all our own unique imprint on this journey, and yoga lets us celebrate that! No judgments! Lori is very excited to be a part of the Life Style Wellness team and meeting and practicing with everyone! Shanti!!

Adania Flemming, BSc
Adania’s passion for fitness began as a youth, sprinting professionally in her home country off the coast of Venezuela, The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Her studies brought her to the University of Tampa, where she earned her BSc in Marine Science and Biology.
Being an athlete early in life, Adania knew the value of regular exercise as a stress reliever and energy booster from her studies. While she had enjoyed her sprinting days, Adania found herself more attracted to group fitness, “it’s much easier and more enjoyable than running on the treadmill or taking long runs” she says.
In college, she fell in love with Zumba. She found herself regularly attending classes, buying DVDs to do at home and when she moved to Gainesville with her husband in 2012, she immediately sought out a Zumba-fix. Seeing her passion and love for Zumba, her instructor here in Gainesville encouraged Adania to become certified and it was a match well made!
As an instructor for UF Graduate housing, the majority of Adania’s students are international, coming to UF from all over the world (Chinese, Korean, Spanish-Latino, Trinidadian, Jamaican, Portuguese, African etc.). This pairs perfectly with her passion for music from around the globe (Soca especially), as she incorporates these international beats into her high-energy classes.

She brought in her partner, Jonathan Williams, who has since become a ZIN and they have shared their love of dance ever since. Nicole Zumba’s six days a week and she hopes anyone who takes a class with her can share the fun involved in group fitness, music, and moving our bodies.

Cindy Dyal, 200 RYT
Cindy Dyal is a Florida native, born and raised in the small, quaint town of Arcadia. She moved to Gainesville, FL. in 2013 where she currently lives with her partner. Her interests include Tibetan Buddhism, spiritual meditations and practices, lifestyle-diet and health, nature, and photography.
Deeply pulled towards meditation and yoga she lived some time at an ashram where she studied Sampoorna Yoga under the guidance of renowned Shri Yogi Hari. During this immersion she experienced an intense healing crisis that completely transformed her perspective on lifestyle and health. She realized how important a simple Ayurvedic lifestyle is for proper diet and health.
In May of 2017 she graduated from Yogi Hari’s Ashram with a 200hr Sampoorna Yoga teacher training certificate. As a yoga teacher her aim of each class is for students to leave feeling peaceful, energized, and rejuvenated. This is why Sampoorna Yoga is so different from other branches (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram, etc.).
The specific sequence and structure of Sampoorna Yoga was created by Yogi Hari’s 50 years of yoga experience and meditation. Because the focus is on mind, body, spirit, and breath, this class is like no other. Cindy is currently working towards her Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist degree to be able to spread this knowledge and experience to others.

Mike & Megan,
Massage Therapist Team
Michael Withee has been passionate about massage therapy since his late teens. What started as a simple interest in Chinese medicine – the result of being an avid martial artist – led him to enroll at the Florida School Of Massage, one of the nation's top five massage schools, in 2005. Mike has fine-tuned his abilities to offer a style of massage all his own: A balanced mixture of Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. Whether you’re training for a marathon, recovering from an old injury, or just easing the tension after a long day, his style is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and empowered.
Megan D’Andrea started her study of holistic healing modalities while attending her first yoga class at the age of 16. She quickly realized a lifetime of supporting your health begins with learning to breathe deeply, stretch daily, and eat well. She enrolled in the Florida School Of Massage in 2010 and has since enjoyed learning and experiencing various styles of massage, including Acupressure, Thai Massage, and Reflexology. But her style of bodywork consists mainly of long, gliding strokes flowing between deeper and pain-relieving point work. She most enjoys giving foot massages and tension-releasing neck work.
Together, Mike and Megan’s unique and individual styles of massage, skill sets, and experience complement each other seamlessly. As a married couple, they very much enjoy providing couple’s massages, creating a warm and inviting sanctuary for couples who want to melt their stress away.
